1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Lose.Pet service and the conditions for the sale of identification tags for animals.

The service owner is SULEMA Sp. z o.o., located at 32-540 Trzebinia, ul. 22 Stycznia 1863r. 14, NIP: 6282291938, VAT EU: PL6282291938.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed online. The service owner issues VAT invoices for all online orders.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Poland: 16 PLN
  • Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria: 30 PLN
  • Italy, France, Spain, Croatia: 50 PLN

4. Processing Time

  • Non-personalized tags: up to 2 business days
  • Personalized tags: up to 5 business days

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Art. 38 para. 1 of the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer cannot withdraw from a distance contract in the case of:

  • Tags that have been registered in the Lose.Pet system (tag is assigned to a specific animal)
  • Personalized tags (with name engraving), as the product has been made according to consumer specifications and is not suitable for resale

6. Shipping

  • Poland: InPost Parcel Lockers
  • International: DPD, GLS or UPS

7. Warranty

Products are covered by a 1-year warranty, excluding mechanical damage caused by extreme use.

8. Material and Production

Products are manufactured in Poland from Glycol Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET-G) material.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via email: info@lose.pet or in writing to the company address.

10. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
